Unless you believe in the possibility of positive change , you will never reach the productivity you aim for. I know this to be true because when I started believing in the possibilities, opportunities came to me, positive initiatives started to appear constantly, I reverse mentored, diverse recruited, carried out surveys to open career pathways and productivity of positive change and its outcomes started to show results.
Sick leave is increasing during the current pandemic, more and more grievances are appearing in the workplaces – which means that you are faced with lower productivity if nothing is done to repair the relations and the workplace culture now or are you waiting for times to get better again.
The problem with waiting until things get better again is that you may not have time to wait. If you are already losing productivity, staff wellbeing, a culture of high moral, you also lose reputation , then you are already aware that it may be more difficult to accomplish the productivity during these crisis times. A step away from ending up in employment tribunals, if you do not sort this out right now. You may incur losses and therefore that time is of the essence.
I believe that the decision of when to aim for productivity & staff wellbeing is completely is yours – because only you will live with the consequences.
When I started believing in myself towards positive change in relation to contributing I was also undertaking training in NLP, If I had waited any longer, I might not have my work experience of constant positive change today. If I had listened to some people, I might not have persisted in trying to become a professional who continuously seeks growth and development in positive change. I love helping organisations who are eager to reach productivity success with healthy working environments who are struggling to achieve the culture they deserve, and it is astonishing to see how one’s motivation can be affected by the mind by Neuro linguistic Programming.

There are many factors involved when you are struggling to get productivity in stressful times, and every employee is different.
However, I want to offer you two key factors that are vital to consider:
1. Identify your organisational barriers
There are often unconscious factors that are blocking healthy working environments to establish. They can range from unresolved trauma, crisis, negative beliefs about others taking away their jobs, unresolved internal concerns about job changes or worries about recession, biases in relation to disability or any other protected characteristics. Unless those patterns are reprogrammed , you may struggle to resolve this. It is unlikely that you can resolve this on your own and it is wise to get help from an experienced professional, who has experience in this field.
2. Decide to get your staff motivated
Give yourself permission to make up your own mind. Right now, everyone has an opinion and for some organisations delaying increase in productivity could make the difference between getting productivity growing or never achieving or fulfilling your goal. This decision is life-changing because your organisation will live with the consequences for the rest of its existence.
